On preliminary analysis of the results, it appears that some were voting several times, with IP address 69.57.253.139 voting 33 times!! (Please see screenshot below.) Any such IP address with more than one vote will be blacklisted. Please I beseech one and all, let us keep this one thing honest and apolitical! I am going to reset now (Monday 17 August, 2015 at 6:00 am EST) and only allow one vote per IP address and the poll will run for ONE WEEK. If you have already voted before Monday 17 August, 2015 at 6:oo am EST, please register your vote once again. Please pass the word on to your friends and family at home and abroad.
You can follow the voting results as I am trying to make this process as transparent and accountable as I can!! I am also open to any suggestion on how we can improve this poll and use this to deal with any other pressing issues. Let us see how far we can use the latest information and communication technology to guide our leaders in their decision-making process from the ground/bottom up, where our voice can also be heard, not only during election time, but throughout their term in office.
