How can we move from treating damage to changing the conditions that produce it? This paper follows housing, food, work, education, ecology and finance through the pressures shaping everyday life. Drawing on the Civilizational Healing framework, it connects immediate care with institutional responsibility, shared provision and accountable change — asking whether apparent progress preserves the conditions of future life and people’s capacity to act.
