How can a civilization think with artificial intelligence without being thought for by it? This capstone Transformational Study examines how AI can enlarge collective intelligence without becoming sovereign over what societies know, judge, authorize, or do. It develops a constitutional framework for the epistemic commons in which AI augments cognition while authority remains accountable, synthesis contestable, responsibility intact, repair possible, and the capacities to challenge, refuse, revise, and exit remain real.
