Executive Summary
This white paper presents triality as the universal grammar of coherence in complex systems, showing how threefold structures — rather than binary oppositions — enable stability, adaptability, and orientation across scales of reality. Triality is evident in mathematics (Spin(8) symmetries), physics (three-wave resonance), semiotics (sign–object–interpretant), biology (genetic triplets, fascia tensegrity, neural triads), culture (infrastructure–institutions–meaning), and cosmology (matter–energy–spacetime).
