All coherent life processes — from molecular metabolism to cognitive awareness and social meaning-making — can be understood through a triadic architecture comprising functional, energetic, and semiotic dimensions. This white paper argues that this framework is both necessary (each component is indispensable) and sufficient (together they form a minimal complete system) for modeling living systems. We present theoretical justifications, empirical examples, and implications for healing, consciousness research, and evolutionary biology. By reuniting structure, flow, and signification, the Universal Triadic Framework offers a new foundation for the life sciences and integrative health.
